Hey everyone; my name is Chris.
I'm from the Chicago area and I was looking for inspirational photos for my new car I purchased and came across this site. The white Legacy wagon on here is a definite inspiration to my car.
Anyway here's a brief history of my cars to help you guys get to know me better. (well at least the cars that mattered)
My first car was a 1989 S13:
all of it's riced glory.
had that for awhile and got a cool daily:
1992 Q45:
Then sold those and came across this:
1985 Celica GT-S
did some stuff to it, blew the motor and tossed in a 7mg-e
Sold that to start my own business fixing wheels and ended up thinking I could save this:
1979 280zx
The whole time since the Celica I had this as a daily and decided to get silly with it:
1991 Toyota Pick up:
Then this happened, widened steelies, cranked torsions, 395's etc. Much sillyness:
Then after selling the datsun I came across this, I missed owning one so bad.
1985 Celica GT-S Convertible:
Promptly spun a bearing and awaiting a re-build, but I'm lazy.
So I sold the truck and bought this! Which brings us to the present!!!!
sweet deal zero rust 80k on the clock and the water pump and timing belt are fresh (thank god)
So I found a sweet deal on a set of awesome Fiero GT Mesh wheels and I did some vinyl work on it for a local road rally:
Then I saved up and bought some Raceland Ultimos for it:
BOOM lower.
Did some more work, started to give it my own look and here we are today:
Put a roof rack on, made the front wheels fit, little stuff here and there.
Thanks everyone!
